HOW IT WORKS:

THE RULES:

If you’re ready to meet with us to discuss your estate plan (whether you have an existing estate plan or not), call our office for an initial appointment (or use the website’s appointment form). At the first meeting (a one-half hour free consultation), we will listen to your wishes, discuss options, and answer your questions. If you wish to start the estate planning process after the half-hour free consultation, our meeting will last another hour. 

THE PRICE:

Single Person Plan: $2,400*. This price includes your living trust, a pour-over will, a durable power of attorney for property management, advance health care directive, a certification of trust, and, if you own a California home, a deed to place that home into your trust (you mail the deed to the county recorder). The fee is for three meetings with the attorney, as well. Additional fees may apply if you want additional services. 

Married Person Plan: $3,000*. This price includes your living trust, two pour-over wills, two durable powers of attorney for property management, two advance health care directives, a certification of trust, and, if you own a California home, a deed to place that home into your trust (you mail the deed to the county recorder). The fee is for three meetings with the attorney, as well.

At EACH appointment, you pay 1/3 of the total fee (credit/debit card or check).
